Citizen Action to Protect Wetlands
Virginia is last in the nation on spending per-person for natural resources. That means it is up to each of us to make a difference – in taking care of our own land, in understanding complex issues like sea level rise or land use decisions, and in making sure that laws and regulations are enforced.
We work to make it easier for people to get involved in protecting wetlands, shorelines, and underwater habitats. We have started a series of “citizens’ guides” to help you get involved.
We will add to this list of guides and resources as issues emerge – let us know where there is a need or an issue we are missing.
